Hour building is a great option if you are planning to take further training such as Instrument Rating and CPL in order to obtain your commercial pilot licence or if you simply enjoy flying on your own.
Either you can continue to fly the same type which you have used during the PPL, or you can quickly learn another type from the RIVAIR fleet – a type difference course consisting of 1.5 hours.

  • EASA Light Aircraft Pilot Licence or Private Pilot Licence.
  • A preliminary assessment flight is required before solo operation.

Building a 100 flight hours – necessary for CPL – takes a minimum of 2 months, based on the experience of students on our Zero to ATPL programme
